    Partnership with universities ensures innovative, effective and reliable products

    We conduct scientific research focused on animal health and nutrition solutions that the market needs. Since the foundation in 1992, the company has conducted more than 200 research studies that have ensured innovative products, guaranteeing greater profitability to customers.

    In Brazil, the research centres are located in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, and Rio Grande do Sul, in cooperation with major universities, such as USP, UFSCAR, Federal University of Paraná, Federal University of Bahia, Federal University of Santa Maria, and Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. Abroad. 20 additional research centres are located in 13 other countries: Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, France, India, Iran, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam.

    In cooperation with USP (Universidade de São Paulo) and UFSCAR (Universidade Federal de São Carlos), we maintain three research centres in the state of São Paulo, to conduct studies and experiments in search of new animal health solutions. Coordinated by a group of Ph.D. experts in animal science, these centres operate in the cities of Pirassununga, Leme and São Carlos (Brazil).

    APPLIED POULTRY RESEARCH UNIT

    Our poultry applied research centre in Pirassununga (São Paulo) has the capacity to conduct seven experiments per year. The centre has a 450-square-meter, acclimatised and monitored building with a capacity of up to 1,680 broiler chickens. The piglet research centre (nursery phase), located in Leme, has three facilities: the first with 48 stalls and the other two with 50 stalls each. This research center utilizes an automated feeding system that enables simultaneous experiments and the use/ evaluation of different diets. Our biotechnology research centre in São Carlos (São Paulo) conducts research in the department of genetics and evolution of the center for biological and health sciences, to develop new strains of yeast with higher levels of RNA, MOS and β-glucans All the studies and experiments carried out by us in collaboration with universities are intended to provide customers with reliable, highly effective, state-of-art products.

    INTERNATIONAL QUALITY

    We have a rigorous quality control programme that monitors all manufactured batches, ensuring safe and reliable products according to specifications. Since 2003, ICC Brazil's GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) programme has been certified by GMP + International, ensuring product traceability in all manufacturing steps up to the delivery to the customer.
